Settlement Visa

You may need to enter the UK after you have married a British Citizen, or a person resident in the UK with ILR; or you are a child of a British Citizen or a person with ILR. SPOUSE/CIVIL PARTNER VISA

You can apply for a spouse/civil partner visa, if you are the spouse/civil partner of a UK citizen, person settled in the UK or having a refugee status / humanitarian protection in the UK, and enter the UK. CHILD VISA

ANCESTRY VISA
